SAFETY REQUIREMENT
We maintain authentic product data sheet and material safety data sheet for all the products we market. The MSDS covers chemical properties, hazard identification and all kinds of precaution measures for any contingency, spillage and accidents.The contingency plan can be absorbed into clientele company Emergency Response Plan (ERP) after reviewed by our service personnel.
For edible industries where possibility of chemicals direct contact with steam, we have NSF (National Sanitation Foundation) registered products to lest assured food safety status.

FIELD SERVICE
The Service Engineer will visit the plant regularly (at least once a month). During each visit, the incumbent will fulfill the following service function:START-UP During the start-up period, our Representatives will be present on site to ensure that all programs are initiated to the fullest satisfaction of our client.
- Assistance with the installation and start-up of dosing equipment.
- Establishment of test routines which enable plant to control the treatment programs competently.
- Collaboration with inspection personnel in setting up monitoring devices to quantify performance of the treatments.
- Maintain a presence on site until the treatment program is underway to the satisfaction of both client and Advance Chemtech and then only gradually shift to the service level on “Non-Routine Service” and “Routine Service” as outlined below.
ON-ROUTINE On non-routine basis, but rather dictated by circumstances, the following service commitments are made.
- Seminars to orientate and train operators, foreman, engineers and management with objectives of improving understanding and motivating interest towards a satisfactory treatment program status.
- Inspections on equipment and water treatment related systems during plant turnaround.
- Specific studies to optimize energy utilization and water consumption.
- Trouble shooting of water related problems.
ROUTINE SERVICE The Service Engineer will visit the plant regularly (at least once a month). During each visit, he will fulfill the following service function:
- Check and inspect each system, plant and associated equipment being treated.
- Calibrate chemical dosing pumps to optimize chemical dosages.
- Discuss with operators and plant working personnel for the program performance or any problems arise during the past week.
- Take a full set of samples and analyze these samples on site.
- Relate on-site results of the analysis with log routine control tests.
- Check and report any irregularities related to the treatment program.
- Discuss with engineering and management for the status of the treatment program.
- Prepare a detailed hand-written or computer print report and discuss the findings of the report with management, etc. Highlight specifically on the report for the course of action to be taken if any.
- Ensure adequate chemical stock maintained at site.
- Promote interest and collaboration with on-site personnel in the implementation of the good water treatment program.
BACK-UP FACILITIES
Regular samples will be taken and send to the back-up laboratories to assess current status versus control and report authentically in meeting up customer requirement and authority compliance simultaneously.
